By accessing or using the services provided by RD Management and Placement Consultant ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
RD Management and Placement Consultant provides engineering recruitment, staffing, and HR consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to permanent hiring, contract staffing, campus recruitment, technical vetting, and HR process consulting for B.Tech and BE professionals.
As a candidate, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information in your resume and during the recruitment process. Any misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or credentials may result in termination of our services and notification to relevant parties.
Our fees are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms, replacement guarantees, and refund policies are specified in each contract. Late payments may incur additional charges.
We offer a replacement guarantee as specified in your service agreement. If a placed candidate leaves within the guarantee period, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to the terms outlined in the agreement.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RD Management and Placement Consultant and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without consent is strictly prohibited.
RD Management and Placement Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
